Are you experienced in supporting funding applications and managing research projects? We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us drive impactful initiatives at AD-ABC!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing projects at AD-ABC, from application submission to final reporting.
  • Prepare funding applications for national and international opportunities.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of projects, ensuring tasks, deliverables, and milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress from an administrative perspective, including reporting, payment procedures, and schedule coordination.
  • Support project partners with contractual, financial, or legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a scientific background with expertise in project management.
  • Experience in managing research projects.
  • Knowledge of public procurement processes (preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), MS Teams, and Zoom.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Team spirit with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
