It is now open a call for two Research Grants (RG) – graduated students under the project R&D 2022.01028.PTDC – BBBrain – “Study of BUB1 in neurodevelopment: identification of new functions,” with the following conditions:
Research Field: Biomedical Sciences or related areas. Admission requirements: Graduated student in the field of Biomedical Sciences or related, with knowledge of cell culture, molecular and cellular biology. The scholar must have practical and theoretical knowledge in Cell and Molecular Biology and its molecular tools. Additionally, a candidate with a considerable degree of expertise in a set of specialized experimental techniques, such as cell culture, protein interaction analysis, western blot, and PCR (scholarship 1), differentiation, reprogramming, and cultivation of stem cells (scholarship 2) is desired. These comply with the provisions of the Association for the Development of the Academic Center for Research and Biomedical Training of the Algarve (AD-ABC) research grant regulations)
Duration of the grant (s): The grant will last for 6 months, starting on March 2024. The scholarship contract cannot be renewable.
