The Senior Community Support Call Center – 60+ is a toll-free national phone line that provides specialized customer service, ensures confidentiality in the support and assistance provided to individuals over 60 years old, families, formal and informal caregivers, neighborhood networks, professionals in the fields of health, social services, internal administration, or other individuals or entities.

- To assist, guide, and advise individuals aged 60 and above.
- To assist, guide, and advise families, formal and informal caregivers, and neighborhood networks.
- To ensure accessibility for individuals aged 60 and above to community services, facilities, and other resources.
- To provide information about products and technologies that promote independent living, especially in situations of isolation, loneliness, or other challenges.
- To ensure the registration, processing, and analysis of the conducted activity.
- To ensure close monitoring of reported situations with entities and services.
